Arabica

Arabica coffee is prized worldwide for its smooth, nuanced flavor and aromatic complexity. Grown at higher altitudes and cooler climates, Arabica beans tend to have sweeter, softer notes… often with hints of fruit, sugar, and floral undertones.

Compared to Robusta, Arabica has less caffeine and more natural oils, which contribute to its delicate crema and refined taste.

Most specialty coffee shops and roasters prefer 100% Arabica beans for their quality, though blends sometimes use a touch of Robusta for added body and crema.
